*** The consultant call-out option includes an i-Spy360 consultant travelling to your location to take the necessary images with our specialist equipment. Our ability to service your requirement is location dependent.

Required format for still images

As part of the standard i-Photo Video package, you will be required to send us your digital photographs in the following format: JPG - minimum resolution 1125px wide / max size 750kb per image. You can upload your images directly via our contact page. Alternatively, why not request i-Spy360 to take some professional shots for you with the consultant call-out option.

Delivery of order

On average we aim to provide you with your finished i-Photo Video production within 5 working days of receiving all the components we need to complete the project.
